You may return any Products you have purchased within 7 days of delivery for any reason. To do so you must notify us by email during this 7 day cooling off period. You will then be entitled to a refund from Total Car Kits, which will be paid as soon as possible, but in any event within 30 days. You must arrange for and pay the costs of returning the Products to Total Car Kits. While in your possession, you must keep any Products you intend to return to us in good condition.

Returns outside of the 7 day cooling off period will not be accepted.

All returns must be authorized by Total Car Kits. A returns number will be issues upon authorization.

In all cases it is the customers responsibility to safely return items.

Faulty Goods

Any items returned faulty (which have been purchased and returned within 14 days) will be replaced and sent back to the customer carriage free.

Any items which develop a fault after 14 days of purchase will be serviced by our engineers. You must notify us via email of any products which develop a fault within this period. A returns authorisation number will be issued once all the details have been submitted. Once a return has been authorised you are responsible for returning the product to Total Car Kits.

Any items returned to Total Car Kits for service which, under inspection and/or testing are not faulty will be returned back to the customer subject to a £15 carriage charge. It is therefore very important that all items are checked for a legitimate fault, by the customer, before booking them in or returning them back to us.
